invitations that are appropriate for corporate events.

How do I use my promotional code?
To use your promotional code, go to cocodot.com, register for an account, and create a card,
invitation, or stationery. When you get to the checkout page, you will be prompted to enter
your promotional code.

How do I use cocodot with Facebook?
Facebook is in the process of changing some of their services, and we are working with them
to make the Facebook connection easier and more convenient for our users. At the moment, all
invitations and greetings sent to Facebook friends are received through their notifications. The
notification window is located at the bottom right side of the Facebook page when a user is
logged in. We realize this is not ideal, and we are excited about our new negotiations with
Facebook. Please stay tuned for new Facebook delivery options coming soon.

How do I import my contacts into my address book and create contact groups?
Contacts can be added to your address book from a wide range of sources including, but not
limited to, Facebook, Hotmail, and Excel. Through your personalized Dashboard, located at the
top right corner of every page, you can add and manage your contacts with ease. To upload
contacts, simply click on the Address Book tab in your Dashboard and follow the prompts. Once
your contacts are uploaded, you can create groups by clicking on the Groups option on the top
right side of your Address Book.

How do I upload my own designs?
To upload your own designs or photographs to cocodot, simply choose UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO
category on the left side of the page, and then click on the Templates ~ Collages sub-category.
Select the card that reads UPLOAD 5x7 PHOTO OR ARTWORK, then click on the Upload a Photo, and
choose an image from your files. You can then transform your uploaded image into a
personalized card or invitation with the addition of text boxes, using any of the fonts in the
cocodot library.

How do I cancel an event once the invitations have been sent?
To cancel an event, go to your account dashboard, located in the top right corner of any cocodot
page, and click on the 'x' located to the right of the event. If you are sure you would like to
cancel, click 'yes' in the next window. The recipients who have already received the invitation
will see the message 'This Event is Invalid' when they click on any link related to the event.
Canceled events are not eligible for a refund.
