How do I upload a profile picture?

To add or update a profile photo, please visit your Account Dashboard (accessible by clicking on the link at the top right corner of any cocodot page), and click PROFILE. Adding a personal profile photo is easy. Simply click the UPLOAD PROFILE PHOTO link located directly to the right of the photo space. You will be prompted to choose a photo from your computer's directory, and then you'll be given the option to crop it slightly.

How do I upload my own designs?

To upload your own designs or photographs to cocodot, please click on the UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO category at the top of the category list, and then click on FULL 7 x 5 UPLOAD. Once your image has been uploaded, you will be able to customize your design using all the features offered in our Card Creator console.

How do I add music to my card or invitation?

To upload your favorite MP3 to a card or invitation, please click on the musical-note icon at the top of the Card Creator console, then follow the prompts.

How do I import contacts into my address book?

Contacts can be added to your cocodot Address Book from a wide range of sources, including Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL, and Excel, among others. Through your personalized Account Dashboard, accessible from the top right corner of every page, you can add and manage your contacts with ease. To upload contacts, or to add them manually, simply click on the Address Book tab in your Dashboard, then click on the relevant icons under UPLOAD CONTACTS (or click ADD MANUALLY), and follow the prompts.

How do I create groups in my cocodot Address Book?

Once you have uploaded contacts into your cocodot Address Book, please click on the GROUPS button at the top left, above your contacts list, to add a group. To create a group, click CREATE GROUP, enter the name of the new group, and then click ADD. You can add contacts by dragging and dropping them into any of your group folders. It is also possible to use a past guest list or recipient list to create a new group by clicking RECENT EVENTS or RECENT CARDS.

Can I upload groups into my cocodot Address Book?

You can upload groups into your Address Book from an Excel spreadsheet, or from your Mac Address Book. To download the template for an Excel spreadsheet, please click on the EXCEL icon in your Address Book.

How do I cancel an event once the invitations have been sent?

To cancel an event, go to your Account Dashboard, via a link at the top right corner of any cocodot page, and mouse over the '+' located to the right of the event. If you are sure you would like to cancel, click 'delete' from the menu that appears and then click 'yes' in the next window. The recipients who have already received the invitation will see the message 'This Event is Invalid' when they click on any link related to the event. Canceled events are not eligible for a refund.

How do I use cocodot with Facebook?

To post a card or invitation to a Facebook Wall, or Inbox, you will first need to complete your order. You do not need to add anyone to your recipient list if you plan to post to Facebook; simply click the NEXT button in the Address Book stage. Once your card or invitation has been completed, you will have the option to post it to any Facebook Wall or Inbox. The Facebook posting options are located on the order completion page, or in your Account Dashboard, which is always accessible via the link in the top right corner of any cocodot page. If you are posting using your Account Dashboard, just click on the card or invitation you would like to post, and the Facebook options will appear to the left of your design.

How do I track my cards and invitations?

When you register for cocodot, a personal Account Dashboard is created for you. Your Account Dashboard stores your cocodot Address Book as well as all your previously sent/designed cards, profile details, and account information. To track a specific card, just go to your Dashboard, click on the card or invitation you would like to track, and then click on MANAGE RECIPIENTS (for cards) or MANAGE RSVPS (for invitations), which will appear to the left of your opened card. If a recipient is listed as UNCONFIRMED, please use the RESEND CARD and RESEND INVITATION options. (The re-sent card or invitation will contain links in place of the usual images, and will thus be less likely to be mistaken for spam.)

How do I move the FEEDBACK button?

To move the FEEDBACK button to the far left side of your screen, away from the category list, please expand the size of your browser window. If your browser zoom is on, you may need to either zoom out or reset it so you can see your full cocodot page.
